Back in May at Google I/O, we declared ADC 2 -- the second Android Developer Challenge -- to encourage the development of cool apps that delight ambulatory users. We received some interesting and high-quality applications -- everything from exciting construction games to nifty fecundity utilities. We also saw apps that took plus of openness of Android to enhance system behavior at a unfathomable level to wage users with a greater honor of customization and utility. We were specially entertained to see submissions from some small and independent developers.
Over the terminal couple of months, tens of thousands of Android users around the world reviewed and scored these applications. There were some enthusiastic apps and the scores were rattling close. Together with our authorised panel of judges, these users hit spoken and selected our winners!
I am gratify to inform the ADC 2 winners gallery, which includes not exclusive the crowning winners overall and in each category, but also every of the applications that prefabricated it to the crowning 200. There are a lot of enthusiastic applications in addition to the crowning winners.
Thanks to everyone who submitted applications or helped us judge the entrants. We encourage every developers to submit their applications to Android Market where their app can be downloaded and enjoyed by Android users around the world.
